SELWG GAMES 2014

There was a camera incident. Yes I cocked up and the batteries ran out. Call it bad planning or more actually no planning at all. Yeah that sounds so much like me. Anyway a quick walk in the rain to the shops and new batteries in the camera and I think I was able to get a picture of most of the games. I know I did not get them all I also can't Identify them as the disruption of getting new batteries shopping bumping into friends and bloggers did completely throw my plan off. So Please just enjoy every one else's hard work. And note for the future my complete and utter lack of planning and organisation. I doubt I will change. So nah nah ner nah nah!

All the best Clint

  1. Dead batteries...it's happened to us all. My camera takes a battery pack rather than regular AA's so I always carry a couple of spare's in my bag. Mind you, I have been known to forget to charge them!

    1. Yeah the grin on Ray's face told a story when I mentioned it to him. I can't complain I will get organised one day. (well maybe).

  2. Some nice-looking games there. I really must try to get to one of the bigger English shows next year (but I've been saying that for at least a decade).

    1. Salute is the one to go to. Biggest and with most variety of games and traders. The only problem is if you have been saying it for so long that you might have built it up to being more than it is, to go to one of the bigger shows.

Worth a look though and make your own mind up.
      Cheers Colgar.

  3. Some good looking games there, but the games at shows are merely eye candy for the more important things like meeting friends and buying new toys (and batteries obviously).

    1. Agreed I tend to look at shopping at shows as being the most important thing. But since blogging I am paying more attention to games. I shall try to put spare batteries in my bag for next time!

      Thanks Jo

    1. I forget my camera at club sufficient times to know I will forget it for a show sometimes! Feel free to laugh when I do! (I will once I stop kicking myself)

    1. You are more than welcome I just wish I could have done them justice. But I am as organised as child's "scribble" and usually not between the lines!
