First trial with new camera.

Well some success! Not perfect, but I think I can manage the new procedures on the camera. There are extra steps and if this does not come out then NO I cannot manage it. The extra steps are just that it does not save the pictures where I am used to so it will tak me a while to get used to looking in a different place.

Having posted some PICS I have now removed them. I know how to load pics from the camera so I should be able to continue posting from now on.
Thanks for comments I am sure it has all worked great and by removing the pics before Ray comments I can tell myself the surprise is intact! (Not that the surprise was ever a worry to me.

CHEERS GUYS

Anyway the Camera worked the mojo has not returned but all is right with the world.

Thanks for Looking today and just because it is a great image here is Joe Grant with a Dalek. All I can say is not in any episode I have seen on the BBC!

  2. It does take a while to get to grips with a new camera but you seem to have managed it well, There's nothing wrong with your two photos and she is a lovely figure. Although she is not as nice as naughty Jo. I don't think I've ever seen a happy Dalek before!

    1. Thanks Bryan. And so many people thought darleks were just soulless killers!

The main issue with the camera seems to be it loads images onto the computer in a different place!

  3. Painting and picture looks fine to me.
You might just have inspired me to do a bit of work on my own Cut Purse model.

  4. Good to hear that you're coming to grips with the new camera - does David Bailey have to worry yet?
I think you may have spoiled any surprise Ray may have had with 'his' figure by posting this interesting (ahem)"lady".

    1. Thanks Matt, The only real issue I have with taking photos at the moment is that THEY are stored on a different drive on the computer. But now that I have located them it should be less of an issue..... fingers crossed.

Yes a happy dalek although not my favourite DR WHO assistant. I am old school and like that era of DR Who but Tom Baker was my favourite Dr and one of his assistants was my favourite!
