5 Burpas more

Yes there  are always more Burpas. Mat says he has about 2 more boxes. As I do not know how many is in a box that does not help.....Oh well.

Anyway here is another 5. I suspect they are all "Foundry" but if you know better I am happy to be enlightened. All I do know is the next 5 are ready for undercoat. And I will be starting them tonight.

Flags will be added (BY MATT) to 2 of these figures so you will not see them finished until we have the next game using them.

Not sure what will come next it all depends on how warm my painting room will be. Might be more 28mm Burpas of GW LotR. I will have both undercoated by tonight so it all depends what I can crack on with.

Until then take care have fun and just promise me "NO FROSTBITE!"

All the best Clint

    1. Thank you Dave. The weather could be a lot worse, at least the sun is shining at the moment.

  2. You're like a well oiled machine cranking these out, Clint. Good work!

I'm staying indoors until the snow goes away. It has snowed continuously all day so far. I HATE the snow!

    1. Thanks Bryan. That sounds like a good plan. Stay warm, stay indoors and watch a decent DVD.

As for the Burpas I will start 5 more this evening unless I decide to hibernate

  3. Not fair! Showing us these great looking mini's out in the hot sands of the desert, while we chip ice off the keyboard to type a comment ;-)

    1. Thank you Addict. Both LotR and Burpas are started so it could be either. Or maybe something else. Who knows. Only basic colours at the moment as it is too blumin cold to sit for hours.

    1. Thank you Roy. The amount of modern footage I watch I just pick a guy in the crowd. I don't get it right every time but it always gives a place to start.

  5. You really do paint this genre up very well, Clint, and once again these are both characterful and colourful minis as a result of your excellent paint-jobs :-)

    1. Thank you Joe. I hope to have another 5 finished either tomorrow or the following day. I too saw several "Carry on..." films that one included and despite the fact that it was Welsh hill sides and not the Hindu Kush really enjoyed it!
