All together now! (BUF part 3)

Yes here is the British Union of Fascists (BUF) figures I have painted for Matt. They are mostly Musketeer Miniatures as mentioned in previous posts, but there are a couple from other sources.  It is not a competition to find them. see Below.

All painted for Matt and he will get them back on the weekend. then I will only see them when they are on the tabletop fighting against me. I really have enjoyed painting these and would welcome doing more. There are 21 in all but some are hidden behind others so you may have to take my word on that.

In the last picture the central figure is a Copplestone Castings to represent an officer. While the one on the right is a conversion carried out by Matt, and painted by me. Lastly the one on the left is a Musketeer Miniatures.

Right that is it for today More again soon, (Probably Thursday) when I talk about this years Play by blog game. It will be more roleplaying than wargaming and places are severely limited, but more of this on Thursday.

Cheers Clint.

¿Tu hablas espaƱol? Or maybe "Pasaran" is a different language.
Matt has said he likes the uniforms and the painting as well so I am happy. Now for Peters Colonial figures..... 15mm British (unbased)

  2. Wow, what a cracking series of postings Clint. Wonderful paintjobs and a really nice choice on the uniform colours. You truly have become a veritable painting machine with these guys and the BUF look very formidable as a result. I would expect Matt to be delighted over these, as I certainly would be. Great stuff my friend :-)

  3. The Fascists are very smartly dressed, but I bet that the socialists have better songs :-) !

    1. Thanks C6. I suspect you may be right about the songs. It is something I have not as yet thought about. Now I will think about it all morning, no doubt.

    2. They are lovely! I like that you didn't go with the usual blacks!

As for the songs, socialists are always clear winners, no need for a prolonged thoughts!

  4. Lovely work, Clint

If I had some of those models I'd see if you'd paint them for me! But I am so trying to avoid VBCW. Don't know if Stu's got any vbcw models anyway, and I wouldn't want to buy them all before the Sidcup show ;)

I have a very definite shopping list for that show and Stu has nothing on his web site for me at present. Matt may well buy anything Stu has in this line.

And yes I would be happy to paint figures for you (for a price!!!!!)

I'll keep you in mind should I ever need some painting doing for me.

  5. It's a shame you're going to have to beat up this fine looking unit when you next encounter them Clint but let's hope their pretty units attract bullets and they have your normal dice rolling luck.
