    Rumbles of thunder, but only the odd one-minute deluges of 'tropical' rain at Catterick Garrison. We had a flash of sheet lightening, last night, whilst The Flash was on tv - quite fitting really.

      Thank you Michael. I know that situation very well. Not pleasant. Still a bit of rain overnight, no thunderstorms as promised on the weather forecast but a bit cooler today.

      Thank you Simon. It was 34.3 0C here on Friday. Hottest place in England was 28-20 miles away!
