Hodges

Yes as requested here is Mr Hodges. Before anyone says anything about the colour of the helmet. In the TV series it is shown as both black and white as a base colour so I went for the White version as that at a glance seems to be the most common version in still pictures of Mr Hodges. So If it is wrong feel free to blame the BBC!

Little more to add Matt converted this figure to carry a tommy gun. And that is about it!

I will have a break from posting tomorrow as I am at the club and playing board games but I will post again on Monday.

All the best Clint

  1. Very nice indeed Clint. Good work highlighting the black and I think the choice of white is a good one; certainly makes the mini stand out.

    1. Thank you Citizen. There are pictures of both Black and white helmets on the character so it is always a choice. Sometimes you get it right, other times ....well you try!

  3. Great job Clint! White is the version I remember so he looks iconic to me.

I would play him with some kind of "love to hate him" commissar rule :-)

    1. Thanks Paul. How Matt will play him is up to him. I think he will become a bullet magnet though

  7. Not one of my favourtie characters in the TV series, but I can well imagine his reaction be being given a tommy-gun. For some reason his helmet looks odd to me, not the colouring or your excellent painting I hasten to add

    1. Thank you Joe. I agree about the helmet, I think the 3 stripes are clearly too wide. But I can only paint them so close together. But It does make the helmet look wider than it should.
