More Sudanese. (6 more)

Firstly let e Say that Matt has already received these. Which means I will not be able to show a group shot at the end.

Just 6 more marching Colonial era Sudanese. They are of course Wargames Foundry and are colour matched to fit in with Matts other Sudanese troops.

With luck we will be having a game with them on the weekend.

Next post in 2 days time. I should have some more finished by then.

All the best Clint

  1. Very nice Clint, congrats on getting dark skin right as can so often end up looking like leather

    1. Thank you Dave. As mentioned these have already been given back to Matt so there cannot be a group shot.

  3. You really do paint these very well indeed, Clint, I'm very tempted by this range and your paint-jobs are not helping me with my temptation.

    1. Thank you Michael. I am so glad it is cooler today. I was beginning to wilt. Painting desert troops in the heat is very draining.

  6. Nice work Clint, especially inspiring if they were painted during the heatwave - no wonder you were wilting!

    1. Thank you Addict. Yes in the heat wave. At least paint dries quickly! Not much waiting for a wash to dry at all. NOT quite drying on the brush.

  8. A game to show them all off is an added bonus to this round of painting for Matt (the lucky chap) - don't forget the camera!

    1. Thanks Joe. That has put the Kybosh on it I am bound to forget the camera now. It is just bound to happen.

I will do one more post tomorrow before the game on Sunday. I could do colonial troops again or Woodland Indians I am not sure which or even 20mm Western Desert or 6mm Western Desert. Getting a lot finished this week. So now you know what is coming up!

    1. Thank you Mat. I am told that these were the uniform colours of the Sudanese troops. If so please use the colour scheme with my blessing.
