Not having read the rules yet or dug on the internet for details I do have some hope of being able to use it for "Chain of Command." so I have painted the crew to match in with my late war Germans.
Nothing else painted in the last two days but a couple of other things started. On the Non painting front I finished "Farcry 3" this morning, By finished I mean all the quests, side quests, vehicles, letters of the lost, communication towers, pirate bases, assassinations, emergency supply runs and animal hunts. I will not be going for all the relics as I want a change now so maybe the latest Tomb Raider or Assassin's Creed II or Fallout 3. I have all the games but like to finish one game before starting another, Frugal of me I think! I don't know which will take my fancy but being drawn towards Assassin's Creed 2 due to my interest in Italian renaissance architecture!That's todays very quick post. Thanks for reading. Mortar looks great! Probably not too useful, specially as its only 1, but I suppose it makes a legit objective in games.
ReplyDeleteAs for games, you can't go wrong with good old Operation flashpoint. I've just liberated Morton, Everon, Kolgujev and Nogova. And occupied some of those. And liberated them again, as you play as US, USSR and resistance :P
Agreed only 1 is not too useful, but I originally bought the single sprue to get the panzseschreks and panzerfausts. so why not just finish the last few figures I thought.

ReplyDeleteI never did get Farcry 3 (Farcry 2 really put me off), but it does sound more like the kind of thing I'd take to (I played Farcry 1 about three times). If you get and play Fallout 3, then we'll not be hearing from you again for a good while, I'm guessing. as it really is that good imo !
Yes they are sharing a uniform, they are close like that. Farcry 3 is really good I would recommend it. Not tried Farcry 1 02 so nothing to judge by but it had a good review and was pretty cheap from amazon so I thought why not.
DeleteFallout 3 I was given about 2 years ago but had puter problems at the time so never loaded it. I think I shall this afternoon. So if the blog goes dark for a while you'll know I like it!
